By downloading or using Tanning App, you agree to these terms and to Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement.
License
Andy Chung grants you a personal, non-transferable license to use Tanning App on Apple devices you own or control, as permitted by the App Store Terms of Service. You must be at least 13 years old to use Tanning App.
Not medical advice
Tanning App provides conservative educational estimates and timing tools. It is not medical advice, a medical device, or a skin-health assessment, and it cannot remove the risks of ultraviolet exposure. Any UV exposure can damage skin. Weather, UV, and timing estimates can be delayed or inaccurate. Stop exposure if your skin feels uncomfortable, follow public-health guidance, and consult a qualified healthcare professional when appropriate.
Subscriptions
Some features require a paid subscription. Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your device Settings. Free trials, where offered, convert to a paid subscription unless cancelled before the trial ends. Lifetime Pro is a one-time purchase tied to your Apple Account.
Acceptable use
Do not reverse engineer, resell, or use the app for anything unlawful. We may stop providing the app or any feature at any time.
No warranty
Tanning App is provided as is. To the extent permitted by law, Andy Chung is not liable for any loss arising from your use of the app.
